Bug Description
I tried a custom build from svn #21850 to see if the bug 396920 was fixed, so I played with filters by applying some preset from the Filter menu.
I notify that suddenly I cannot applied any filters from the menu on a specific object. Duplicating this object does the same thing.
The attached svg file allows me to reproduce this even after restarting inkscape. (concerned objects are in red).

You can apply the filter in the 'Filter Editor…' dialog though… (Inkscape 0.47pre1 r21720 on OS X 10.5.7)
