Blur aspect ratio is wrong in bug181995.svg

For some reason the rendering test bugs/bug181995.svg now gives a blur that is wider than it is tall (which is not the intended effect). The normal blur test still passes though, so it might have something to do with transforms.

Note that this bug was introduced between 2009-07-03 and 2009-06-17.

Tested with SVN revision 21731, cannot reproduce. Also, I tried looking into SVN logs, but there's nothing obvious that should have caused such thing.

Weird, I've rerun the tests and now the problem has disappeared on my system as well... And I am doing a clean build each time.
