Bug Description
When I clip an image, I'm able to drag from anywhere in the bound of the original image where that is also within the bounds of the rest of the drawing (ie. the extents of everything else the document), not in the clipped region only as expected. The bounds are however drawn correctly.
I can select the image with Ctrl-click within the bounds of the original image, and I can also Ctrl-drag it, but that does not have to be within the bounds of the drawing as a whole as well.
If I group the image, the hit region behaves as expected when I click normally, and I can no longer Ctrl-drag it, but I can still Ctrl-click in the wrong region.
In all cases I expect the hit region to be the visible region only - the same region for which the selection box and handles are drawn.
I'm using Inkscape 0.47pre0 r21549, built Jun 12 2009, on 64-bit Ubuntu 9.04.
Confirmed on Windows XP sp3, Inkscape rev. 21627.
Not reproduced with 0.46.
