Bug Description
when I select an SVG file in the file open dialog, color-profiles wont work on the preview widget.
With some debugging I have noticed that the color profile returned from the ProfilesManager is NULL at this moment. Perhaps the color profiles manager should be adapted to load <color-profile> references earlier (i.e. before actually opening the svg file) so that these can be used in the preview widget.
Perhaps we might have similar issues with other external resources that are referenced from svg documents.
