y-position of bitmaps (linked or used as patterns) is changed in PDF export

When exporting 2 rectangles with image pattern or two image objects to PDF their size and/or position is slightly changed.
The attachment contains an example with one picture as a margin and one as content. In the exported PDF file there is a small gap between the top of the margin-image and the top of the content-image.

Confirmed with Inkscape 0.46+devel r22232 on OS X 10.5.8

It seems that the image 'fensterrahmen5.png' (I took the TIF you attached first and converted it to PNG, but that should not make a difference) is moved up 1 px in the PDF, both when inserted as image (xlink:href) and when used as pattern for the rectangle (rect7637): here the pattern is repeated: at the base of the rectangle you see a dark line in the PDF where the top of the image is repeated. The x-position is unchanged.

The inner fill for the window 'x15.JPG' stays at the same x- and y-position in the PDF.

in the attached svg-file, lines of different colors do not contact. In the exported pdf-file, the orange line between numbers II and III contacts the red line.
