Polka Dots pattern irregular

Perhaps this is an insignificant remark but perhaps a genuine bug - the "polka dots" pattern creates somewhat irregular dots while the original pattern is described as "series of dots that are equally spaced and sized". So I suggest either correcting the pattern to produce regular dots or rename it to "scattered dots"

Where is it described as "series of dots that are equally spaced and sized"? That's not what release notes say: http://wiki.inkscape.org/wiki/index.php/ReleaseNotes046#Stock_patterns

I have noticed the Wikipedia article has now changes to state: "...not necessarily equally spaced and sized..."
