Bug Description
Attached screenshot shows a comparison of the 'basic tutorial' rendering in inkscape 0.46+devel r21339 (left) and r21420 (right) on osx 10.5.7.
Paragraphs are partly overlapping, text is hardly readable.
To verify I then replaced the tutorials in r21420 with those from an earlier snapshot (r21339): text renders as expected -> bug is in the svg-files, not inkscape itself.

Regenerated all tutorials from inkscape-doc primarily to add new
tutorials translated into Polish, but also those where some translations
existed. Hopefuly not messed around too much.
