Print window freezes refresh

Bug Description
Under WinXP, if I open the File -> Print dialog and select a dummy ps printer to generate a PostScript file, the system pops a dialog asking for the file name to print in: Inkscape window gets all freezed (no refresh) but it's title bar.
After printing (or cancelling) everything is ok.
The attached picture should say it all.

Confirmed on Windows XP, build 21271 and 0.46.
