italic Tholoth text renders as non-italic on pdf export

Bug Description

These are the steps to recreate this bug:

1. Write some text
2. Change font to Tholoth
3. Change font style to italic
4. Export to PDF either via print to file or save as copy
5. Check the PDF. Your text is not in italics

Workaround: Convert text to curves before exporting

I'm using
Inkscape 0.46
Ubuntu Jaunty

Seems to be fixed in SVN. Could you please try with a dev version?
