CTRL + W annoying with just one document open

Bug Description
I think it's quite normal to work on just one document. Also to close e.g. a dialog like CTRL + SHIFT + A if you don't need it anymore. Sometimes - to often... - it happens that e.g. Alignment is visible, but does not have the focus. Now if you regularly CTRL + S like you should and you CTRL + W to close dialogs. It's so annoying. It would be great to be able to turn CTRL + W of for closing the application.
