I fixed this the previous time and asked to avoid such errors in the future. Now I run the test and see:

I don't understand how you could make this mistake again. You probably didn't grab fixed file from SVN. Please avoid repeating this mistake and fix this. Then I will commit :)

By the way, the .mo file is not required at all. Just attach zipped .po file please ;-)
