Bug Description
Create a 3D-Box and additionally allocate several clones of the this box. Arrange them let's say diagonally.
At the moment the master is double clicked or put with any other clicks to edit mode the clones jump the same y-position. the x-position seems to be arbitrary.
See the two attachment with the typical before - after behaviour
This behaviour is new with Inkscape 0.46 and was not detected with previous releases

Reproduced with Inkscape 0.47, 0.48.2, 0.48.5, 0.91+devel r14418 on OS X 10.7.5.
Clones of 3dboxes always render at the exact same position as the original object (on load of the file, as well as - if displaced in the current session - after modifying the original 3dbox object with its tool).
