If you have ghostscript version 9.15 or newer inkstalled, simply run the following command on the command line:
gs -o target.pdf -dNoOutputFonts -sDEVICE=pdfwrite source.pdf
You will end up with a new pdf file that contains exactly the same content as the original but with all the text being converted to path.
