Bug Description
It takes a lot of steps to update my images on Wikimedia Commons. It would help if Inkscape knew how to upload images to sites like that with minimal effort. In the case of MediaWiki sites like Commons and Wikia, a page name and domain mask (how to turn the page name into a URL) would be needed. Once you make your changes, you would hit a button and tell what changes you made. Inkscape would do the rest.
It might be a good idea if the system was modular so new sites could be added.

Related idea: Have a clip art gallery system. This would let users search clip art libraries and paste into their document. Some items might ask for parameters (like some MS Office templates). The object would then appear in the document.
