Lines lost when importing PDF

I created some charts in OOo calc, copied them to writer (added appropriete captions), exported that page to PDF (export directly to PDF button in writer), imported it in Inkscape, and lines were missing from charts (tick marks are still there).

WinXP SP3, Inkscape 0.46, OpenOffice.org 2.4

This problem is also present in revision 19870.

Confirmed on Ubuntu 9.04, Inkscape build 21356 and 0.46.
The import preview shows the lines, but they are not imported.

As a matter of facts lines are imported but stroke color is unset so it's you cant see them. Try to change display mode to outline (View>Display Mode>Outline) then you will see the lines.

Yes, you're right. The path has no color (fill and stroke are set to none), and the dashes style is not set.

I still have the very same bug in inkscape 0.48 under Ubuntu 11.04, with pdf plots created from LibreOffice calc 3.3.4.
No improvement in sight ?
