"d" key is hard coded as shortcut for Color Picker tool

Bug Description
It is impossible to remove or change "d" key shortcut by editting <inkscape_
I tried removing all shortcuts from default.xml, but "d" button was still linked to doppler tool, I also tried to reassign this button to "EditRedo" action, but again It was switching to Color Picker tool instead:
