Description field in Object Properties not properly cleared when desc not present

Bug Description
- Have two elements created in a document
- Ensure the first element has a desc set
- Ensure the second element does not have a desc set
- Open the Object Properties dialog.
Toggle between the two elements. You will see that the Description field is not getting cleared when clicking on the element that does not have a desc set.
