inkscape-0.46-5mdv2009.0 takes too long (over 30 seconds) to start on Mandriva Cooker

When starting inkscape ( inkscape-0.46-5mdv2009.0 ) from the command line on Mandriva Cooker (what will become the next Mandriva release) as of 2008-08-04, Inkscape takes many tens of seconds to load, without displaying any traces on the command line or anything.

I tried it in a new user account with IceWM and it still takes it time there.

I have a Pentium 4 2.4GHz machine with 2.5 GB of RAM, and other Gtk+/GNOME applications start very quickly. Even OpenOffice.org 2.4.x starts in about 10 seconds.

Do you still have this problem with more recent version of inkscape ?
