Bug Description
Built inkscape from svn trunk.
1. Open "About inkscape" in About menu
2. The Splash tab is very slow, and it re-render whole image when switch tab.

It is planed to test a scoured version for the next release.
Reducing the file size will probably also reduce rendering speed.
