Inkscape does not compile with recent GTK

Bug Description

gtkctree.h and gtkclist.h include each other, the order of inclusion
is important in gtk-2.13.3

Not sure if this is a GTK issue, but the attached patch definitely fixes that.
Successfully testes with a couple of days old SVN snapshot.

Issue has been solved in svn revision 19808 by ishmal: Change includes for gtk.h/gtkclist.h slightly
