Bug Description
The hot spot for the cursor does not stay on the cursor and the mouse icon still jumps but does not move while using the pen. Even after setting up the input device the tablet still acts strange. I'm using Windows Vista Home Premium(for people who have something against Vista please keep comments to yourselves).
