Bug Description
Hi,
this is more a feature request rather than bug.
In short, please implement Color Picker as the Gnome Appearance Preference has as it enables to pick a color even from outside of application and put the icon into the "Fill and Stroke Dialog".

Color picker (dropper) has been added the the Fill/Stroke dialog (see bug #172236).
