app hangs while loading file when svg editor is open

Bug Description
With Inkscape 0. 46 (official release) on Windows XP:
1. Open a file. (Test_Oscillati
2. Open the SVG-editor window (Treeview).
3. Open another (big) SVG file. (Test_Oscillati
4. Bug:
The window-focus is flickering (oscillates) between
the graphic and the SVG-editor window.
This will not stop after a while.
Remarks:
The Bug appears on my system with the attached examples.
It seems to depend using gradients.
If the fill of the rectangles are plain colors the bug will not appear.
