Bug Description
It's possible to have a path without fill or stroke but with markers. Unfortunatly Inkscape rendering engine does clip the markers at the bounding box of the path. Other programs do not, in particular PDF export works fine. If you set fill color then the markers are not clipped.

I can confirm that markers are clipped to bounding box if the path they're applied to doesn't have fill and stroke. Usually you need to zoom, move the path or hover over it to see it (after removing fill and stroke or adding it back)
