Using Copy and Paste

When I copy from one Inkscape session to another it does not "pass". It keeps the first copied image in the clipboard memory and never refreshes it again.

I have not been able to reproduce this bug, could you elaborate?
- which version of Inkscape
- which OS
- steps to reproduce

This also happened for me in windows XP with 0.46. I tried it with inkscape19770 (2008-08-30 dev release) and it seems to be fixed. Someone ought to confirm, though.

Steps to reproduce it in 0.46:

-open inkscape
-draw a circle
-open another instance of inkscape
-try to cut/copy and paste the circle into the new instance of inkscape

It didn't work, but now it does. :)
