typos/errors in simpletransform.py

Found in Inkscape for Windows 0.46.

In the method"parseTransform" various handlers use "result.groups(1)" rather than "result.group(1)". The "matrix" handler was correct but many others including "scale" were not. This would lead to certain transforms written by Inkscape to raise an exception during execution.

Fixed version attached.
