Help-window build-date text is clipped

Bug #216386 reported by Robert Funnell on 2008-04-12

Bug Description

In Inkscape 0.46 under Windows, downloaded 2008 Apr 12, the Help > About Inkscape window displays the date in italics and the last character is so close to the edge of the window that it is clipped, so it looks like '6' rather than '8'. (In fact, this bug report was going to be about displaying the wrong date, until I copied and pasted the text.)

Adding a right padding value to the label should fix it.
By the way, the italic text is very difficult to read with such a small character size. If there's no strong opposition, I'm going to remove the italic tag.

Note: this issue mainly affects Windows versions. On Ubuntu 10.10, the italic is not as skewed as on Windows and the label is not clipped. Anyway, fixing it on Windows should make it more readable on other platforms too.
