Icon Preview needs GUI options to choose icons sizes for preview

When designing icons using the Tango guidelines, it calls for a 16x16, 22x22, and 32x32 versions of the icons.
When using the icons preview in Inkscape it provides 16x16, 24x24, and 32x32.

It would be nice to be able to tweak the icon sizes shown such that the 24x24 could be replaced with the 22x22.
I believe the 24x24 is still valid for many situations, so making it configurable would be optimal.

The set of sizes are taken from the user inkscape preferences. If those are hand-edited, 22x22 can be added with existing and prior versions of Inkscape. This is, of course, just a work-around, but should help.

A general UI change to make it easier would be good.

I looked in the File->Inkscape Preferences dialog for an option to edit these and didn't find any. I hunted down the XML file and hand-edited it, but it would be nice to make this accessible through the UI. Specifically, my use-case is icon design for Android applications, which at a minimum need to target 72x72 and 48x48 sizes for application icons.

New duplicate bug #754399 requesting GUI option to choose icon sizes used for the icon preview dialog (originally filed as request for 256x256 preview size, which already is possibly but only by manually editing the preferences file).
