Calligraphy pen ought to support fractional widths

Bug Description

It's excellent that the calligraphy pen supports two modes to set its width: relative to the zoom level, or absolute. However, one problem is that if you set the calligraphy pen to "absolute" width mode in the Inkscape preferences, the smallest possible width, 1, is not all that thin. This could be fixed if it were possible to set a floating-point variable as the pen width.

I know I could set the pen to "relative" width mode, zoom in, and achieve the same effect, but there are reasons you might want to use "absolute" mode, for instance, to make sure your lines are consistent while editing a small space.

I'm using Inkscape 0.46 on Ubuntu 8.10 "Hardy Heron."

Thank you!
