Blurs are too big and misaligned on print

When printing an image with a blur on Windows with 0.46 branch and the printing fixes in bug #179988, the blur is scaled wrongly, and causes misaligned blurs on the print.

Don't know if this happens on Linux
Test case is attached.

The above svg will print like the jpg attached. The font duplication/coordinate flipping is a separate issue I think, but still generally related to blurs.

I have the same bug when I try export to PDF or export to .png. I´m using the Inkscape 0.46 in Windows XP Professional in Acer 5050-3284.

The bug reported here might be relevant to bug 396758.
(I am not positive this is the same bug as that one. If so, I apologize.)

However there appears to be be a different bug in text-to-path:
I'm afraid I might be making redundant bug reports, so instead I'll just add a comment here.

When I save the SVG file in this test case as a PDF file (using 0.47-pre1 OSX version, version dated 7/7/2009) the fill color for the first two lines of text is incorrect. (They should be green and cyan, respectively. Instead this text ended up red. See attachment.)
Incidentally, the blur no longer appears to be misaligned (at least, not obviously so).

Anyway, the fill color for text-to-path is being chosen incorrectly.
I was using the default options for pdf output (300 dpi, text-to-path, rasterize).

If I uncheck the text-to-path option, then the color in the resulting pdf file is correct.
A lazy search on google makes me wonder if it is related to bug 372434.

Reproduced on Windows XP, Inkscape 0.46.
Not reproduced with 0.47 and 0.48.

Closing this report "Fix Released". Don't hesitate to reopen it if you run into this issue again with recent inkscape versions.
