Bug Description

Hi!
I have KDE Neon 22.04 based on Ubuntu 22.04 jammy.
My Inkscape version is 1.2.2
I have trouble with pdflatex and textext extensions.
My python version is 3.10.
When I press button, Inkscape hangs up and nothing happens.
I guess this is due to very new python version.
Please, fix it.
