Bug Description

It would be wonderful if it was possible to specify object layout requirements in terms of (in-)equalities. Adding a plugin that provides constraint solver capabilities (for example, using a port of cassowary (http://sourceforge.net/projects/cassowary/)) may be a big step into that direction.

Quite possibly so. (Wouldn't that make a nice project for this year's
GSoC <hint/> ? )
