Inkscape should not use fonts disabled in FontBook

Bug Description

When a font is disabled using Font Book in OS X, Inkscape continues to use it anyway.
I disabled "Chalkboard" using Font Book because of the crashes documented in bug #183753. Inkscape still uses it.
Maybe this is an osx or x11 issue, but perhaps Inkscape can check on startup whether fonts have been disabled and not attempt to load them?
osx 10.5.1, inkscape 0.45.1

This is because Inkscape does not use the standard font system of OS X, it uses the X11 font system. Hence disabling the fonts has no effect. This may change once we get Inkscape to run natively and use ATSUI.
