Bug Description
I'm requesting the ability to have a variable stroke width along a path. Many designers seek this ability but so far no programs do this effectively. I'm suggesting the ability to set the stroke of each node allowing for complete control over the thickness of a line along its path. For example a strait line with 2 points could have point A set to a stroke of 5 and point B set to a stroke of 1 and would taper the line creating a smoothe transition between the 2 points.

Oh, something like this would be really-really great! I like espeacially on the linked example page the Rectangle and Brushstroke example.
Thats something like illustrator brushstroke pressure. Adobe program somehow saves Tablet pressure in its' files. There the feature works somehow, but after one has drawn the lines, it is IMPOSSIBLE TO EDIT them.
Maybe inkscape will have this feature?
