Trace bitmap function

Bug Description

The program will not do a trace bitmap. I have tried all types of files, none of the work. I uninstalled the program and reinstalled it, still not working!

Closing because there is as insufficient information to work out what the problem is and we have migrated to GitLab (so there is no point asking for new information here).

Please open a new issue in gitlab following the guide here: https://inkscape.org/contribute/report-bugs/ (e.g. including OS version and Inkscape version, whether the dialog actually pops up, etc.)
