crash when resizing on complex objects in snapping mode

Resizing objects with snap to path & cusp nodes on other complex objects (test.svg),
which are made by textext, always crashes.

Reproducing procedure:
1. Make equations by textext [ https://github.com/textext/textext ]
2. Make a path on the object
3. Resize the path with snapping to path & cusp
(Please try to resize the path of test.svg)

Inkscape 0.92.3-7 (on Manjaro package manager)

Error message:
inkscape: /usr/include/boost/optional/optional.hpp:1205: boost::optional<T>::reference_type boost::optional<T>::get() [with T = Geom::Rect; boost::optional<T>::reference_type = Geom::Rect&]: Assertion `this->is_initialized()' failed.

A similar issue was fixed,
but the problem seems to be remaining:

 https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+bug/1796046 -> Fix committed for milestone 1.0 -> It is expected that you don't have the fix yet, so it's probably the same issue

(it's only "Fix released" on debian and ubuntu who have manually added the fix as a live patch on packaging)

I did not know package differences in the different distributions.
Thank you for telling it.

I confirmed that resizing vertical line for Andrej's svg file also causes crash,
so Manjaro's inkscape does not take the patch.

Applying your suggested patch with modified PKGBUILD of official arch inkscape, the problem is now resolved. I really appreciate your kind help. Thanks!
