Bug Description
I am using two monitors with Windows 10 (latest update). The align and distribute dialog does not open. I checked both monitors; NO Dialog

Closing because it is not reproducible in Inkscape Alpha 1.0
I suspect that this issue was caused by a bad config file and removing the conf directory would have helped.
