Export keyboard shortcuts from settings menu does not work

I use Linux Mint 18.3 Cinnamon 64 bit and Inkscape 0.91

To get this bug you have to:

 - start Inkscape
 - go to menu "edit" and select "preferences …"
 - go to Interfece → Keyboard Shortcuts → Export
 - try to export, it will not work

Error message from terminal:
** (inkscape:26551): WARNING **: Can't open file: /home/user/.config/inkscape/keys/default.xml (doesn't exist)

** (inkscape:26551): WARNING **: Unable to read keyboard shortcut file /home/user/.config/inkscape/keys/default.xml

workaround: It is possible to export if you reset the keyboard shortcut first and then restart Inkscape

Even with this workaround it is not possible to export the existing keyboard shortcuts, maybe only the custom shortcuts. Yes, if you keep with the mouse over the Button, it will show a tooltip with this info.

It seems like you want the xml file for the default shortcuts.

If you go to Preferences > System, the Inkscape Data line will list what directory it is in.

It will be in one of the folders labelled keys. Hopefully this helps. If not, could we continue this conversation in gitlab (Inkscape's new bug tracker)? https://gitlab.com/inkscape/inbox/issues/342
