Inscape window freeze when you open manual from help menu

I use Linux Mint 18.3 Cinnamon 64 bit and Inkscape 0.92 from the stable ppa.

To get this bug you have to:
 - close your webbrowser
 - start Inkscape
 - go to menu "help" and open "inkscape manual"
A new empty dialog window will appear and after a second the site "http://tavmjong.free.fr/INKSCAPE/MANUAL/html/index.php" will be opened in the web browser (in my case chromium). The new dialog window will not close and freeze the whole program

Note: If the webbrowser is already open, the new empty dialog window will close immediately after the web site is called

When I close the web browser during freeze an info dialog appears:
"[22291:22291:0105/194758.446578:ERROR:x11_input_method_context_impl_gtk.cc(144)] Not implemented reached in virtual void libgtkui::X11InputMethodContextImplGtk::SetSurroundingText(const base::string16 &, const gfx::Range &)"

Bug also in Inkscape Version 0.91, but here the dialog window is not empty, here is shows the message "'Inkscape Manual' working, please wait...", an info icon and a "Chancel"-button. But the button is not working.
