crash on undo divide path, cut path etc.

I will get a crash performing undo operations, so far I notice it when performing one of the "Path" operation like cut, division.

I crash happen as odd time, but it you try the following steps a few time you will get the crash.

This is on Ubunutu 18.04 using Inkscape 0.92.3 AppImage.

Steps to reproduce the crash:

1. Draw a circle
2. Draw a link over circle to cut it
3. Select both objects
4. Perform operation, "Path -> Division"
5.Undo operation

Correction: I am using the flatpak install.

Looks related, I also tried the PPA install for Ubuntu, same crash on undo operation.

So I am finding random crashes with undo operations. Inkscape use to be solid, now it's unusable for anything serious.

Is there any incremental build I can use with the latest bug fixes?

I found the nightly build PPA, I'll keep looking into this and report back on the bug.

I am getting the follow error trying to add the nightly build PPA, after I do a "sudo apt-get update".

Rajinder, I updated the wiki page.

Tested on Ubuntu 18.04.1, with empty config before every try: (rm -r ~/.config/inkscape/).
Bug confirmed with latest stable version from stable-ppa. (0.92.4+68~ubuntu18.04.1).
Bug not present in 1.0alpha from dev-ppa (package inkscape-trunk version 1:0.92.0+devel+201901190117~ubuntu18.04.1)
