Bug Description
This is a feature quest not a bug. Not sure I can mark it as such. When Inkscape crashes and an emergency save file is created, and the next start up it would be Nice if Inkscape said something like, "Emergency Save File Found, would you like to recover?" Then offer to open the document, like some Office programs do with word processing files.
