Bug Description

When working with the bezier/straightline tool to make filled objects, the opacity setting of that object is overwritten with the opacity of the layer if the object is duplicated (copy-pasted).

This one is easy to recreate:
- Open a new sketch.
- Draw a closed object using the bezier/straight line tool (Shift-F6).
- open Layers toolbar (Shift+Ctrl+L)
- open Fill and Stroke (Shift+Ctrl+F)
- Set opacity of the current layer to 50%.
- copy and paste the rectangle.
- obeserve the opacity setting in the fill and stroke pane change.

Watch the opacity in the fill-and-stroke toolbar change. Well you can see it visible change also to half of half. I have also tested this with Rectangles and square tool (F4), but the problem only exist with the bezier/straightline tool. Note also that Duplicate (Ctrl+D) does not have this problem.

Inkscape 0.92.3 (2405546, 2018-03-11)

Can reproduce with Inkscape 0.92.4 on openSUSE TW 20190301. Path does not have to be closed for this to occur.
