Hi,

"Arc" text in the SVG file getting rotated in PDF file using below command line.

inkscape.exe -f input.svg -A output.pdf

SVG open in Inkscape also rotate the texts, while same file looks good in browser.

In earlier version "0.92.0" it was working propely.

in my testing, on Windows 10, Inkscape 0.92.3 (2405546, 2018-03-11)
and also in your pdf file in comment 2, the pdf file appears to be correctly oriented relative to the original svg.
could you indicate which part of this output is unexpected?

interesting.
I do not have Inkscape 0.92 on my machine so I cannot reproduce this problem.

Attached is the pdf output I get from
Windows 10, Inkscape 0.92.3 (2405546, 2018-03-11)

attached here is the output I get from:
Windows 10, Inkscape 0.91 r13725 (Jan 30 2015)

these are both the same. They both show some clipping of the edge of the text at the top.
Compared to Inkscape 0.92, it looks as if the difference is that Inkscape 0.92 uses a different start point for the positioning of the text letter "A". In 0.92 the start point of "A" appears to be earlier than it is in either 0.91 or 0.92.3.

The problem is with Inkscape 0.92.3 version. If you see your attached PDF "Arc Testing" is going out of the artboard, whereas its inside the artboard in SVG.

So my question is how can I fix this with Inkscape 0.92.3 version.

part of the problem may be that this was not created by Inkscape, it was apparently created by:
<desc>Created with Fabric.js 1.4.12</desc>

also, this document has been scaled by a factor of 1.06666666, see:
<g transform =" scale(1.06666667 1.06666667)">
This scale factor is typical of what happens when converting from 90 dpi to 96 dpi, which is what happened a few years ago in Inkscape.

As for solutions, it depends on whether you have only one or many documents. If you only have one document, I would just translate and/or rescale the whole thing so that it fits in the page.

When you open up the SVG in the browser(Chrome), that show correct text as expected.
If you open up the same SVG in Inkscape 0.92.3 version GUI word "Arc Testing" comes rotated wherein you can see in SVG the letter "g" from "Arc Testing" is going out of the artboard. The reason is being observed that it gets rotate automatically especially with "Arc text"(Curve text).

Everything is working fine with Old version Inkscape 0.92(SVG and converted PDF "GUI and Command line")

I am facing an issue with new version Inkscape 0.92.3.
