Wacom bamboo fun and Bamboo pen not detected

nkscape version: Development release. inkscape-0.92+devel_2018-11-14_c6daf9a-x64
Operating System: Windows 10 X64 with Service pack 1
Hardware tested: Lenovo Thinkpad X230
Procesador Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3320M CPU @ 2.60GHz, 2601 Mhz, 2 procesadores principales, 4 procesadores lógicos

I have tested 2 devices:
Wacom bamboo fun wide CTE-650
Wacom bamboo pen CTL 460

### Problem ###
Inkscape does not recognize the tablets in terms of pressure. You can move the pointer.
only the core pointer " System aggregated pointer" device is displayed on the input device list. One can still draw using the stylus but no pen pressure can be detected...

I have tested also the CTL 460 and works fine in 0.92.3 oficial release.
