Cannot delete existing guides

Operating System: Windows 10 Home edition (64-bit) build 1803
InkScape version: 0.92.3 (2405546, 2018-03-11)

Re-produce steps as below:
step 1. Drag some guides into your canvas.
step 2. Select menu [Extensions > Render > Guides Creator]
step 3. Check [v] Delete existing guides, press [Apply], and you will see this error.

- not reproduced on Windows 10, Inkscape 0.92.3 (2405546, 2018-03-11)

- I see that the crash occurs on the usage of the option --tab. Are you able to run other extensions successfully? For example, can you run the extension 'Render->Hershey Text' which also uses tabs?

- Also, do you have a version of Python installed independently of the Inkscape installation?

- I do not apply any option for InkScape (I simply downloaded & installed & run it).

- I've installed Python 3.7 for AnaConda (but it seems no relation with InkScape).

Cannot reproduce with Inkscape 0.92.4 on openSUSE Tumblweed 20190301.
