Bug Description
After a fresh install, I proceed to uninstall Inkscape. Warnings pop up several times saying that some files under the python folder were modified after the installation, but how can this be if I just installed the program? (Not even run it, just install and uninstall). Both at install and uninstall all settings were default.
I'm using inkscape-
At the uninstallation, the window stays in an infinite loop. I know it because in the string above the progress bar, the text blinks between showing Search in: C:\Program Files\Inkscape\ and Search in: C:\Program Files\Inkscape\

Are you absolutely sure this was a fresh install? If there was a previous installation or other leftovers from a failed uninstall this can cause problems similar to those you describe.
Also are you sure you did *not* launch Inkscape? The installer automatically launches Inkscape as a final step unless specifically asked not to. If Inkscape was running at the time of the uninstallation this is known to cause problems.
