Print or save to pdf comes out as a blank page

Bug Description

I couldn't save as pdf, nor can I print as pdf (print to file menu). I am using Inkscape version 0.92.3 (cairo version 1.14.6-1) in Linux Mint OS. I attached the svg and the resulting pdf.

Linux Mint version:

CODENAME=sylvia

confirmed on Windows 10, Inkscape 0.92.3 (2405546, 2018-03-11)

after saving as pdf I get the DOS error message:
** (inkscape.exe:2732): CRITICAL **: error while rendering output: invalid matrix (not invertible)

Changed in inkscape:
status:	New → Confirmed

probably caused by the following element:
    <linearGradient
       id="linearGradient844"
       osb:paint="solid"
       gradientTransform="matrix(0,0,0,0,3973.0047,-18164.678)">

after editing the matrix to make it legal, I get the following svg file, which appears to save correctly as pdf.
