drawing freehand at very high zoom yields random spiky result

Bug Description

- running Windows 10, Inkscape 0.92.3 (2405546, 2018-03-11)

- delete or rename the Inkscape preferences file
- start Inkscape
- go to max zoom at 25600%
- draw freehand (F6)
- get the attached random blob
- problem persists, but not so serious, at zoom level of 3000%
- at a zoom level of 1000%, it is hardly noticeable

appears to be an old bug. I get somewhat similar behavior, but not quite so bad, with Inkscape 0.48.5

um, no, because in my case the line is drawn in the correct location. What is wrong with the line is the way in which the boundaries of the line are being drawn, not the location of the line.

problem disappears if I use narrow stroke width, like .01 px
