master: Text label LPE: cannot adjust, cannot remove

In Inkscape master, there is a new LPE called 'Text label'.

This LPE seems to be incomplete, although it's also very useful.

Would be cool if it could be fixed for 1.0 (else, I'd suggest removal, as it doesn't work properly).

1. When applied to a group, it doesn't move with the group.
2. There is no way to select how to align it with the object or to position it.
3. When the object is grouped after applying the effect, moving does not move the label, but adds another one.
4. When the path effect is removed, the labels stay visible on the canvas.
5. When I save the file for the first time, after removal of LPE, it adds a third label.
(after closing and reopening the file, all labels are gone, when no LPE is applied, though)

while trying to figure out what the Path Effect does, I got the following unexpected output:

Windows 10, Inkscape 0.92+devel (0ab3449, 2018-09-30)

- draw path
- click on Add Path Effect (+)
- click on Text Label (Add)
- click on Text tool (F8)
- click anywhere on the screen a few times
- get the attached output
