Corruption after saving of svg

Inkscape 0.92.3 (2405546, 2018-03-11) on openSUSE Leap 15.0 (Linux 64bit)

Saving a specific edited svg in Inkscapes corrupts it. I can reproduce the error with the following steps:

* "open" in Inkscape:
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/sebschub/hex-stickers/master/SVG/lubridate.svg

* "save as" another test.svg. Close Inkscape and re-open test.svg. The result looks good.

* "import" into test.svg:
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/sebschub/hex-stickers/master/SVG/dplyr.svg
The results looks good.

* "save" modified test.svg. Close Inkscape. Re-open test.svg. The svg is distorted as shown in the attached screenshot.

Hi - thanks for reporting this bug, I've manually migrated it to Inkscape's
new bug tracker on GitLab, and closed it here. We are focusing on 1.0alpha
in gitlab, so I've changed the issue considerably.
